Main Responsibilities:

  1. Reports and Documentation: Prepare reports on department activities, including service statistics and customer feedback.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Participate in evaluating and improving service processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  3. Support for Technical Advisors: Assist technical advisors in daily task management, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver quality service.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze department performance, preparing regular reports to identify areas for improvement and successes.
  5. Ongoing Training: Coordinate and organize training sessions for staff to ensure they remain up to date with the latest technologies, procedures, and service standards.
  6. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment calendar to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times.
  7. Customer Concerns: Listen to customer concerns and ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  8. Valet and Shuttle Service Management: Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of valet and shuttle service processes.
  9. Related Duties: Perform any other related duties required for the proper operation of the department.
