Service Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Service Manager to lead our after-sales service department. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, optimizing the customer experience, and improving overall department performance. The Service Manager reports to the General Service Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise service advisors, appointment coordinators, and valets
- Implement effective strategies to increase sales (billable hours, recommended maintenance, cross-selling)
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from appointment scheduling to vehicle delivery
- Analyze performance indicators and implement improvement plans
- Coach, motivate, and develop the team
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and proactively manage complaints
Required Profile
- Significant management experience in an automotive dealership (after-sales service)
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent customer service and customer experience management skills
- Inspiring leadership and ability to meet and exceed targets
- Staff management and development
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Serti/Keyloops, Office Suite
