Technical Advisor

We are looking to add a technical advisor to our already well-established team.
In this role, you will support our customers by advising them on their vehicle’s needs. You will also be responsible for opening and closing work orders as well as explaining invoicing to customers in a clear and professional manner. Whether you have several years of experience or are ready to take on a new challenge, we will be there to provide you with the training, guidance, and support necessary for your success.
What we offer:
- Full-time position from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Start your weekend earlier - we close at 3:00 PM on Fridays.

Requirements:
- Experience in an automotive dealership or garage.
- Excellent communicator.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Computer skills (knowledge of Serti software is an asset).
- Team spirit, teamwork.
- Friendly and autonomous.
