Responsibilities

• Work closely with the controller and the team of accounting clerks;
• Record sales files for new, used, and wholesale vehicles, as well as trade-ins;
• Monitor payments;
• Calculate commissions to be paid to sales representatives;
• Process monthly rebates;
• Monitor the various accounting schedules;
• Provide support to the controller on various accounting and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Experience in automotive accounting;
• Strong adaptability;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Ability to work in an environment with important deadlines, particularly at month-end;
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
• Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset).
