Brossard Hyundai is looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join their service department. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the preparation, listing and submission of all claims related to the manufacturer’s guarantee.  We offer a very competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000 per year, a range of group insurance including drug, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, employee discounts, paid sick days and more.

• Prepare and submit the claims.
• Verify the manufacturer’s require criteria.
• Conciliation of the sums to receive as per the determined time frame.
• Enter credits in appropriate systems.
• Follow-ups with the parts department for all parts under guarantee.
• Work with the body shop for any claims under guarantee.
• Follow-ups on any outstanding payments.
• Replace the receptionist when necessary.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience dealing with warranty claims.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of Serti – a plus.
• Knowledge of the Hyundai brand – a plus.
• Capacity for managing several cases at a time.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
