We are therefore looking for an accounting clerk who wants to grow in a stimulating environment, where their work will be recognized and where learning opportunities are very real.

Tasks to be performed:

• Record daily deposits and perform bank reconciliations;
• Monitor and reconcile the financing of the vehicle inventory;
• Validate, code, and enter supplier invoices, as well as prepare and process payments;
• Enter new and used vehicle sales files into the management system;
• Participate in maintaining administrative records and filing accounting documents;
• Work closely with the sales and administration teams to ensure operations run smoothly;
• Provide support at the reception desk during occasional replacements.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience as an accounting clerk;
• Experience as an accounting clerk in the automotive sales industry (an asset);
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of Serti and Merlin software (an asset).
