Provide first-class customer service by ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles within the dealership. The incumbent is responsible for the mobility of units between different departments (sales, service, detailing) and ensures the lot is organized and safe.

The incumbent is responsible for greeting customers in the service department with courtesy and professionalism, while ensuring the safe movement of vehicles to parking areas or the service department. Duties include the impeccable alignment of new and used units in the lot and showroom, managing fuel fill-ups or electric charging, and maintaining basic vehicle cleanliness before delivery to the customer. Working closely with technical advisors and sales managers, the valet must prioritize travel, rigorously manage key filing and license plate installation. Their responsibilities also extend to winter snow removal, running errands such as transfers between dealerships or visits to the SAAQ (Quebec Automobile Insurance Corporation), while ensuring that any cosmetic defects on vehicles are reported and performing any other related tasks as required by management.

Desired Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Class 5) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions (an asset).
• Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude team.
• Excellent physical condition (outdoor work in all weather).
