Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete wheel alignments (front and rear) on a wide variety of vehicles.
• Inspect steering and suspension components to identify worn or defective parts.
• Operate high-tech alignment systems (e.g., Hunter Engineering).
• Conduct road tests to validate the quality of the work performed.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to explain necessary repairs and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

• Completed CPA competency card
