Main Responsibilities:

- Support for Technical Advisors: Assist technical advisors in the daily management of tasks, ensuring they have the necessary resources to offer quality service.
- Performance and Reporting: Monitor and analyze department performance, preparing regular reports to identify areas for improvement and successes.
- Ongoing Training: Coordinate and organize training sessions for staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies, procedures, and service standards.
- Appointment Scheduling: Effectively manage the appointment calendar to optimize workflow and minimize waiting times for clients.
- Client Concerns: Listen to client concerns, ensuring they are addressed quickly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Valet and Shuttle Service Management: Manage and ensure the smooth operation of processes related to valet and shuttle services.
- Related Tasks: Perform all other related tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the department.
