  9. Ongoing Training: Coordinate and organize training sessions for staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies, procedures, and service standards.

  11. Appointment Scheduling: Effectively manage the appointment calendar to optimize workflow and minimize waiting times for clients.
  12.  

  13. Client Concerns: Listen to client concerns, ensuring they are addressed quickly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

  15. Valet and Shuttle Service Management: Manage and ensure the smooth operation of processes related to valet and shuttle services.
  16.  

  17. Related Tasks: Perform all other related tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the department.
