We’re currently seeking a driven and motivated Assistant Sales Manager & Buyer to play a key role in growing our pre-owned vehicle department. You will work hand in hand with the Sales Manager to drive results and manage a diverse and strategic inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Actively support the closing of sales (T.O.).
• Analyze sales performance reports.
• Coach and motivate the sales team.
• Ensure proper CRM follow-ups (Activix) and strong post-sale customer care.

Purchasing

• Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles.
• Purchase inventory strategically via auctions and online platforms.
• Oversee the logistics of vehicle acquisitions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong vehicle evaluation skills.
• Good knowledge of the automotive market.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Results-driven and customer service-oriented.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
