Assistant Sales Manager – Pre-Owned Vehicles

Join a high-performing, passionate, and well-established team, with over 800 pre-owned vehicles sold each year. We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to help grow our pre-owned vehicle department.

Your main responsibilities:

• Actively participate in deal closures (T.O.)
• Monitor performance and coach sales advisors
• Ensure excellent customer follow-up in Activix CRM
• Manage a strategic and diversified inventory

Ideal profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent vehicle appraisal skills
• Solid knowledge of the automotive market
• Fluent in French and English
• Valid driver’s licence required
