Brossard Hyundai is looking for a Parts Advisor to serve customers at the counter, in the service department, or by phone.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sell and advise internal and external clients (counter, service, phone)
• Answer inquiries, suggest the right products, and promote current specials
• Prepare and follow up on orders, manage returns
• Ensure proper billing of parts and process payments
• Follow up on special orders and out-of-stock items
• Keep inventory updated and support overall department organization

Additional Tasks:

• Keep the counter clean and organized
• Assist with parts receiving and delivery if needed
• Support the sales team and technicians when required

Requirements:

• Valid Parts Certification (C or higher, if required by region)
• Valid driver’s licence (an asset)
• Bilingual (French/English – an asset)
• Knowledge of Serti system (an asset)
